GOGO pixelbeads Perler bead pattern and design assistant

Tutorials

Three tools, one image from start to finish.

Start with the first bead

Changing one cell and drawing a full pattern use the same tools.

The mascot uses 9 color codes and 1,609 beads; the most common is G5, the yellow ring, with 650. To recolor the whole ring, one click of the magic wand selects it, no clicking bead by bead. A blank canvas uses the same tools, just starting from zero.

Choose a color: Switch palette at the top left opens the Choose color window, with A14 selected in the A series Left-click to draw: the brush drags a red A14 stroke down the left side of the mascot's yellow ring Change brush shape: 2×2 block selected in the Brush shape panel, painting two rows on the bar of the G in one stroke Magic wand: one click selects all 480 cells of the yellow ring, and the toolbar below can fill them with a new color Save to gallery: after clicking Finish, a message says the pattern is saved and finish mode opens, with My gallery at the top right
Choose a colorPick one under Switch palette; recent colors stay in the top bar

Recognition step 1 import: choose the color brand on the left, with the mascot pattern to recognize on the right Recognition step 2 crop: the blue frame surrounds only the grid, leaving the header and the color table below outside Recognition step 3 align: the grid sits over every bead, with aligned, cell size 13.32 and a 48x50 grid area shown on the right Recognition step 4 proof colors: 12 cells printed as G11 were read as G12; select them and change them back to G11 in one go Recognition step 5 finish: the recognized mascot pattern can be saved to My gallery or edited further
ImportChoose the brand, then upload the pattern
Generate a bead pattern from an image

One logo image, one board, 2,600 beads.

That is how the mascot was made: upload the original image, choose size 52, and generate. Out of 2,704 cells, 2,600 are filled and 104 stay blank. The default used 28 colors; lowering max colors to 16 kept the bead count intact and looked almost the same, but required buying 12 fewer colors.

How much can I use for free?

The free plan gets up to 120 credits a month: 10 every month, plus up to 110 more from check-ins. Signing up gives you another 10. Recognition costs 3 credits, generating costs 6, and the Blank canvas is free.

Can a photo become a perler bead pattern?

Yes, with the Pattern generator: import a photo or pixel image, match it to color codes, and get an editable pattern.

Can I export and print a pattern?

Yes. Export a high-resolution pattern with the color table on it, ready to print and follow.

Where are my patterns saved?

In My gallery. The free plan stores 100 patterns in the cloud.

Alignment not confirmed yet

Recognizing before the grid is locked can get both the grid size and every color code wrong. Check that the grid lines sit over the beads, then press Lock.
