Hit a problem, have an idea, or just want to say what the tool is still missing — email is welcome for all of it.
GOGO pixelbeads is built and maintained by one person, so email is the only way in. Replies usually come within 1–2 working days, slower on weekends and holidays. There is no auto-reply bot — a real person answers.
Include these and we can help much faster
Bead pattern problems usually depend on the specific image and the specific browser. “It doesn't work” on its own is rarely enough to find the cause. If you can, please include:
- Your browser and system — for example “Chrome on a Mac”, “Safari on iPhone”
- Which step you are stuck on — importing, cropping, aligning, colour checking, or in the editor
- The pattern size — for example 52×52, or the width and height you entered
- A screenshot — a shot of the whole window is far more useful than a cropped detail
- How to reproduce it — “I clicked X, then Y turned into Z” is the most useful kind of description
If recognition results are off, sending the original image you imported helps a lot — we never receive the images you work with on the site (all image processing happens in your browser), so we can only see it if you send it.
Accounts, credits and refunds
If credits were deducted by mistake, your membership status looks wrong, or you want a refund, just email and explain. The rules are in the Terms of Service.
Data and privacy
If you want a copy of your data, or want your account and all your patterns deleted, email us and we will complete it within 30 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Faster places to find an answer
Quite a few common questions are already covered in the blog — how to iron flat, how to choose a bead brand, how to pick the size and colours when converting an image. Worth a look before you write.
The tool also explains itself: click the question mark in the bottom right to enter help mode. Every control that has an explanation lights up, and clicking one tells you what it does.

目前 GOGO 拼豆由一个人开发和维护，所以只有邮件这一个入口。一般 1–2 个工作日内回复，周末和节假日可能慢一些。没有自动回复机器人，回你的是真人。
发邮件时带上这些，问题能快很多
拼豆图纸的问题往往跟具体的图和具体的浏览器有关，光说「用不了」通常查不出原因。如果方便的话，请一并附上：
- 你用的浏览器和系统 —— 比如「Mac 上的 Chrome」「iPhone 的 Safari」
- 卡在哪一步 —— 导入、裁剪、对齐、校色，还是编辑器里
- 图纸的尺寸 —— 比如 52×52，或者你填的宽高
- 一张截图 —— 整个窗口的截图比局部有用得多
- 怎么重现 —— 「点了 X 然后 Y 就变成 Z」这种描述最好用
识别结果不准的话，把你导入的那张原图也发过来会很有帮助 —— 我们收不到你在网站上处理的图片（图片处理全在你的浏览器里完成），所以只能靠你手动提供。
账号、积分和退款
积分被误扣、会员状态不对、想申请退款，直接发邮件说明情况即可。具体规则见服务条款。
数据和隐私
想要一份自己数据的副本、或者想删除账号和全部图纸，发邮件告诉我们，会在 30 天内处理完。详见隐私政策。
找答案更快的地方
不少常见问题在内容中心里已经写过了 —— 熨烫怎么才平整、色号品牌怎么选、图片转图纸的尺寸和颜色怎么定。发邮件之前不妨先翻一眼。
另外工具里内置了说明：点右下角的问号进入说明模式，界面上写过说明的控件会亮起来，点一下就能看到它是干什么的。
