This policy explains how GOGO pixelbeads (gogopixelbeads.com, “the site”) handles your data. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.
The most important part first: your images never leave your computer
Pattern recognition and pattern generation both run entirely inside your browser. The photos, illustrations and pattern screenshots you pick are never uploaded to our servers, and we hold no copy of them. Close the tab and they are gone.
This is not a promise, it is a technical fact: those features are pure front-end code, so the server never receives the image in the first place.
What we do collect
When you create an account
- Email address — to sign you in, to let you reset your password, and to contact you when necessary
- Password — we store only a one-way hash. It cannot be turned back into your password, and we cannot see it either
- Display name — whatever you choose to enter
- Sign-up date
If you sign in with Google, what we receive from Google is your email address and display name. We never receive your Google password, and we never access your Gmail, Drive or any other Google service.
When you save a pattern
- Pattern data — grid size, the colour code of every cell, the name you gave it, and when it was saved
Patterns are stored in the cloud so that you can pick up where you left off on another device.
When you use credits
- Credit history — the amount, reason (sign-up bonus, check-in, recognition, generation) and time of every change
We keep this history so that when you ask “where did my credits go?”, we can give you an accurate answer.
What we do not collect
- No third-party analytics. No Google Analytics or similar tracking scripts
- No advertising trackers. We run no ads and belong to no ad network
- No profiling. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
- We do not collect your location, contacts or device identifiers
Things that stay in your own browser
The following live only on your device and our servers never see them: interface language, grid colour theme, brush preferences, every “don’t show this again” checkbox, and drafts you have not yet saved to the cloud. Clearing your browser data clears them too.
Who else touches your data
We use a small number of service providers, and only for the job named:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting, and the database holding your account and patterns
- Resend (email delivery) — your email address is passed to our email provider so that verification and password-reset messages can actually reach you. It is used for nothing else, and never for marketing
Data may be stored on or pass through servers in the United States and other countries. By using the site you understand and accept this.
How long we keep it
- Account and patterns — kept until you delete them, or close your account
- Credit history — kept for 24 months, for reconciliation and dispute handling
- After you close your account — account data and patterns are removed from the live database within 30 days; copies in backups are rotated out within 90 days at the latest
Your rights
Wherever you live, you have all of the following:
- Access — your patterns and credit history are visible in the site at any time
- Export — patterns can be exported as an image or a JSON file whenever you like
- Correction — you can change your display name and email address yourself
- Deletion — you can delete a single pattern, or close the whole account
If you want a complete copy of your data, or want us to delete it on your behalf, email the address below and we will handle it within 30 days.
Cookies and similar technology
We use only the cookie required to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party cookies. Because we do not track you, this site has no cookie consent banner.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent and find that your child created an account without your consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. That said, no system can promise absolute security — please do not store sensitive information here, and please do not reuse a password from another site.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page and tell you the next time you sign in. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated policy.

这不是承诺，是技术事实：这些功能是纯前端的，服务器根本收不到图片。
我们会收集什么
你注册账号时
- 邮箱地址 —— 用来登录、找回密码、在必要时联系你
- 密码 —— 我们只保存经过单向哈希处理的结果，无法还原成原始密码，我们自己也看不到
- 昵称 —— 你自己填的显示名称
- 注册时间
如果你选择用 Google 账号登录，我们从 Google 收到的是你的邮箱地址和昵称，不会拿到你的 Google 密码，也不会访问你的 Gmail、云端硬盘或其他任何 Google 服务。
你保存图纸时
- 图纸内容 —— 网格尺寸、每一格的色号、你起的名字、保存时间
- 图纸保存在云端，是为了让你换设备也能接着改。
你使用积分时
- 积分流水 —— 每次变动的数额、原因（注册赠送、签到、识别、生成）和时间
留流水是为了在你问「我的积分怎么少了」时能给出准确答案。
我们不收集什么
- 没有第三方分析工具，没有 Google Analytics 之类的统计脚本
- 没有广告追踪，不投放广告，也不接入任何广告网络
- 不做用户画像，不把你的数据卖给或分享给第三方做营销
- 不收集你的位置、通讯录、设备标识
存在你自己浏览器里、不上传的东西
下面这些只存在你这台设备上，我们的服务器看不到：界面语言、网格颜色主题、笔刷偏好、各种「不再提示」的勾选、以及尚未保存到云端的草稿。清除浏览器数据会一并清掉它们。
还有谁碰得到你的数据
我们只用少数几个服务商，而且只用于下面写明的用途：
- Cloudflare, Inc.（美国） —— 网站托管，以及存放账号和图纸的数据库
- Resend（邮件投递） —— 你的邮箱地址会交给发信服务商，验证邮件和重置密码邮件才送得到你手上。除此之外不作他用，更不用于营销
数据存在哪里
账号和图纸数据存放在 Cloudflare 的服务上（Cloudflare, Inc.，美国）。数据可能存储或经过位于美国及其他国家的服务器。使用本站即表示你了解并同意这一点。
保存多久
- 账号和图纸：一直保存，直到你自己删除，或注销账号

- 注销后：账号信息和图纸会在 30 天内从生产数据库删除；备份中的副本最长在 90 天内轮替清除
你的权利
不管你在哪个国家或地区，我们都提供以下权利：
- 查看 —— 你的图纸和积分流水在网站里随时可查
- 导出 —— 图纸可以随时导出为图片或 JSON 文件
- 更正 —— 昵称和邮箱可以自行修改
- 删除 —— 你可以删除单张图纸，也可以注销整个账号

Cookie 和类似技术
