Terms of Service

By using GOGO pixelbeads (gogopixelbeads.com, “the site”) you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site provides

The site is an online tool for perler bead patterns. It does three things: turn an image into a bead pattern, recognise a photo of an existing pattern into an editable file, and let you draw from a blank grid. You need an account to use these features.

2. Accounts

  • You need to supply a working email address, or sign in with Google
  • Keeping your password safe is your responsibility. Anything done under your account is treated as done by you
  • One person should hold one account. If accounts are created to collect the sign-up bonus repeatedly, we may reclaim those credits and disable the accounts involved
  • You can close your account at any time. Closing it deletes your patterns and credits, and this cannot be undone

3. Credits and membership

What credits buy

Credits are what let you use certain features. Recognition and generation each cost a fixed number of credits; the current amounts are the ones shown on the site.

Editing in the editor is free — however much you change, however many times you save. Credits are only charged when the recognition or generation engine actually runs.

Where credits come from

  • A one-time bonus when you sign up (after you verify your email address)
  • Daily check-in
  • A monthly allowance based on your membership tier
  • Purchase, where available

Important limits

  • Credits from bonuses and check-ins cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash
  • The monthly allowance does not roll over. Whatever is unused at the end of the month does not carry into the next one
  • Credits are not currency, and are not a prepayment or stored value of any kind

Subscriptions and renewal

  • Paid plans are billed in US dollars (USD), either monthly or yearly depending on the cycle you choose at checkout
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then shown on the pricing page, until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file on the renewal date
  • If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue
  • Your monthly credit allowance is granted at the start of each billing period and does not roll over

Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing the address at the bottom. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period
  • Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep every paid feature until then, and the account drops to the free plan afterwards
  • We do not pro-rate the period you are in. If you want money back for it, see the refund rules below
  • Credits already in your balance stay in your balance. Patterns above the free storage limit are not deleted — see section 4

Refunds

If you have paid for a membership or for credits:

  • Within 7 days of payment, and provided the purchased credits are unused, you can request a full refund
  • Credits that have already been spent are not refundable
  • If credits were deducted incorrectly because of a fault on our side, we will restore them
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot send them anywhere else
  • We process refunds within 14 days of your request. Once processed, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Refunds are issued in USD, the currency you were charged in. If your bank converted the payment, the amount you receive back may differ slightly because of exchange-rate movement — that difference is your bank's, not ours
  • Email the address at the bottom to request a refund, and say which payment it relates to

4. Pattern storage

  • Saved patterns are stored in the cloud. The limit for each tier is the one shown on the pricing page
  • Once you hit the limit you need to delete an old pattern before you can save a new one
  • If your membership expires and your tier drops, patterns above the new limit are not deleted, but you cannot save new ones until you are back under the limit
  • Please export anything important as your own backup. We take care of your data, but we are not liable for compensation if it is lost

5. Your work is yours

You own the copyright in the patterns you make here.

We claim no rights over them, and we will not use them commercially, display them, or train models on them. You are free to use what you make for personal or commercial purposes.

We store and process this content only as far as is needed to provide the service to you — saving it to your gallery, rendering it in your browser.

6. Material you upload

You must have the rights to the images you upload.

Because image processing happens entirely inside your browser, we never receive or store your original images, which also means we cannot review them. Any infringement arising from using someone else's work is your responsibility.

7. What you must not do

  • Try to get around credit charges, membership limits, or other technical measures
  • Use automated means to create accounts in bulk or call features in bulk
  • Interfere with or attack the running of the site, or try to reach other people's data without authorisation
  • Resell the service, or lend, rent or transfer your account to someone else

If you breach the above we may limit features or disable the account, and in serious cases without a refund.

8. Availability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of recognition or generation results. Colour matching is an algorithmic approximation — trust the beads in your hand over the screen. We may adjust, suspend or discontinue features; significant changes will be announced in advance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from using or being unable to use the site. Where we are liable by law, our total liability is capped at what you actually paid us in the previous 12 months; for users who have paid nothing, that cap is zero.

10. Termination

You can stop using the site and close your account at any time. If you seriously breach these terms we may disable your account after notice; in urgent cases we may disable first and notify afterwards.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will update the date at the top of the page and be shown to you the next time you sign in. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

三、积分与会员

积分买的是什么

积分是使用本站部分功能的凭证。识别和生成各消耗固定积分，具体数额以网站上标示的为准。在编辑器里怎么改、改多少次、保存多少次，都不再扣积分 —— 积分只在跑一次识别或生成引擎时结算。

积分从哪来

  • 注册时一次性赠送
  • 每日签到
  • 每月按会员等级发放的固定额度
  • 购买（如已开通）

重要限制

  • 赠送和签到获得的积分不可提现、不可转让、不可兑换现金
  • 每月发放的额度不累积，当月未用完的部分不结转到下月
  • 积分不是货币，也不构成任何形式的预付款或储值

订阅与自动续费

  • 付费套餐以美元（USD）计价，按你在结算时选择的周期按月或按年扣款
  • 订阅会自动续费：每个计费周期结束时按定价页当时的价格自动续订，直到你取消为止。续费当日从你绑定的付款方式扣款
  • 如果你所在套餐要涨价，我们会在生效前至少 30 天通知你。不想继续可以在那之前取消
  • 每月额度在每个计费周期开始时发放，当月未用完不结转到下月

取消订阅

  • 可以随时在账号设置里取消，也可以发邮件到下方地址。不收取消费用，也没有提前通知期
  • 取消后不再续费，但你已经付过钱的那个周期照常用到期末——期间所有付费功能一样能用，期满后自动转为免费版
  • 当前周期不按天数折算退款。想要拿回这段时间的钱，见下面的退款规则
  • 余额里的积分不会清零。超出免费版容量上限的图纸也不会被删除，见第四条

退款

如果你购买了会员或积分：

  • 付款后 7 天内，且购买的积分尚未使用，可以申请全额退款
  • 积分一旦被消耗，已消耗的部分不予退款
  • 因我们的服务故障导致积分被错误扣除的，我们会补回积分
  • 退款原路退回到你付款时用的方式，无法退到其他账户
  • 我们在收到申请后 14 天内处理完毕。处理完成后，款项通常还需 5–10 个工作日才会到账，具体取决于你的银行或发卡机构
  • 退款以扣款时的币种美元退回。如果你的银行做过货币转换，收到的金额可能因汇率变动略有出入，这部分差额来自银行而非我们
  • 退款请发邮件到下方地址，并说明是哪一笔付款

四、图纸存储

  • 保存的图纸存放在云端，各等级的数量上限以定价页标示为准
  • 达到上限后需要先删除旧图纸才能保存新的
  • 如果你的会员到期降级，超出新等级上限的图纸不会被删除，但在你把数量减到上限以内之前无法保存新图纸
  • 请自行导出重要作品留底。我们会尽力保管，但不对数据丢失承担赔偿责任

五、你的作品归你

你用本站制作的图纸，著作权归你。我们不主张任何权利，也不会拿去商用、展示或训练模型。你可以自由地把成品用于个人或商业用途。

我们仅在为你提供服务所必需的范围内存储和处理这些内容（比如存到你的图库、在你的浏览器里显示）。

六、你上传的素材

你需要保证对上传的图片拥有相应权利。由于图片处理全部在你的浏览器里完成，我们不会收到也不会保存你上传的原图，因此也无从审核。使用他人作品产生的侵权责任由你自行承担。

七、不可以做的事

  • 试图绕过积分、会员限制或其他技术措施
  • 用自动化手段批量注册账号、批量调用功能
  • 干扰、攻击本站的正常运行，或试图未经授权访问他人数据
  • 转售本站服务，或把账号出借、出租、转让给他人

违反上述规定的，我们可能限制功能或停用账号，情况严重的不予退款。

八、服务可用性

本站按「现状」提供，不保证不中断、无错误，也不保证识别或生成结果的准确性。色号匹配是算法的近似结果，实际豆子颜色请以你手上的实物为准。我们可能随时调整、暂停或终止部分功能，重大变更会提前通知。

九、责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本站而产生的间接损失、利润损失、数据丢失不承担责任。若我们依法须承担责任，赔偿总额以你在过去 12 个月内实际向我们支付的金额为限；未付费用户以零为限。

十、终止

你可以随时停止使用并注销账号。如果你严重违反本条款，我们可以在通知后停用你的账号；情况紧急时可先停用再通知。

十一、条款变更

本条款可能更新。实质性变更会更新页面顶部日期，并在你下次登录时提示。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。
